In many cases, yes. We’ll do our best to accommodate any upgrades to the service (additional time, different booth options, etc.) if availability permits. Flexibility is most manageable earliest in the process, so advance notice for these requests is critical.

Yes. If proof of insurance is required for the event, please request in advance of the event and we can provide necessary documentation.

Bridgecity Foto Bomb serves Portland, Vancouver, and the surrounding communities. If your event is outside our normal service area, we’re happy to discuss travel options and you should reach out directly.

Final payment is due no later than seven (7) days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 NSF fee.

Yes, a decorative template will be designed and overlaid on all printed and downloadable media, and will be specifically customized for your event. Please send any logos, designs, or messaging you want included along with your request for service.

Every rental secures unlimited free sessions for your guests with custom prints, props, lighting, and a backdrop curated to fit the event. A BFB team member will operate the booth, and you may keep any media from the event. For specific package details, see our booths.

Each booth will require access to a single, standard power outlet (110 volt with three prongs) within a 25 foot range from where the booth will be stationed.

Clearance for each booth varies, but every booth will need at least a 7’ x 7’ foot area designated for the booth alone. Consider if added space is necessary for a prop table or large lines, and create extra space as needed. For each booth’s specific requirements, see our booths.

Yes, a Foto Bomb team member will arrive at the designated time to set up, operate, and tear down the booth. Your guests will not have to operate it for themselves.

Every booth comes with unlimited sessions for your guests, at no cost to them, for the duration of the event.

Yes, weather permitting.
Booths require cover and protection from direct sunlight, wind, rain, and outdoor elements. We can not set up equipment on a sloped surface.
